10% of Your Order Will Be Donated To Help Animals in Need Across the U.S.A!

We’ve gotten a few questions about our donation process, mainly how we choose our locations. As a team, we dedicate our time to researching shelters and organizations that are making the world a better place for animals. Since we are based in California, we’ve contacted (and been contacted by) several local shelters, where we’ve had the privilege of meeting the volunteers and animals in-person. We are not limited to California and we hope that one day, when it’s safe to do so, we can travel across the U.S. (and even the world) to meet the wonderful humans who are making a difference for our furry friends.

This brings me to our November donation, the Nevada Humane Society (NHS), a wonderful non-profit organization and the only open-admission shelter in Nevada. While starting out small, they’ve been able to upsize their locations in order to help more animals. Since 2007, they’ve placed over 100,000 pets into loving homes, which is an absolutely amazing number! The individuals at the NHS are truly dedicated to helping animals in need. Not only do they strive to find homes for pets, but they offer many programs and services to assist the community, including a pet food assistance program, which provides financial assistance to those who are struggling to feed their pets.

This is Marley, a sweet pup who had been surrendered due to landlord issues. While he was under the care of NHS, he became the face of the shelter and Marley’s photos were posted all over the organization’s social media pages. It wasn’t long after that the NHS was contacted by a man who had seen the adorable pictures and knew that Marley belonged with him. Marley was not only adopted into a loving home, but he became the official mascot of the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center. Read the amazing news article here!

Again, this the Nevada Humane Society is an awesome organization made up of humans who are truly dedicated to helping pets AND people. They offer incredible adoption fees and even provide informative pet blogs, including how pets contribute to your overall health and well-being. If you’re interested in reaching out to them, please see below for contact info. Thank you, Nevada Humane Society, for all you do!
